Joseph Felix Nowicki passed away peacefully under hospice care in the early hours of Monday, January 27, 2020. He was born in 1923 in the U.S. to two Polish immigrants who raised two sons. Both brothers served in and returned from World War II. Joseph courted and married Ina in 1948; they had two children, Jeanne and Linda, and lived on Long Island, New York before moving to Houston in 1970. After a long career in the petroleum and refining industry, Joseph retired and traveled the world with his wife, moving to Eagle’s Trace in 2008. He is survived by his two daughters, Jeanne and Linda. They remember him fondly as an honorable and upright man, good provider, faithful husband, and loving father. Brief, family-only services will be held in the near future.
