Joe was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Patricia, and his son, Brian. He is survived by his children: Mary Dawn Lowrey (Paul), Scott Ward (Jodie), Grant Ward (Kimberly), and Fallon Ward (Ruben Santos). He was a proud grandfather to Jocelyn Ward, Brian Lowrey, Skylar Ward, Barret Lowrey, Claire Ward, Kelsie Hughes, Marissa Hormann, and Kofi Boateng Jr. and a loving great-grandfather to Malcom Wekewa, Madeline Wekewa, and William Lowrey.
Those who knew Joe will remember his adventurous spirit, sharp mind, loving heart, and dedication to his family and career. His legacy will live on in the stories told around campfires, the lessons he passed down, and the love he shared with those closest to him.
