Julian J. Mendez, 40, passed away on Friday, December 23, 2011 in Houston, Texas. Mr. Mendez was born on September 16, 1971 in Houston, Texas to Juan G. Mendez and Carmen Ferrel Mendez. He is survived by his mother Carmen F. Mendez, wife Cindy R. Mendez, daughter, Lydia Marie Mendez ,sons, Julian L. Ruiz and Brandon L. Mendez. He is also survived by his sisters Wendy Perez and Sandra Alvarado, nephew, Samuel J. Alvarado and niece, Hailey Perez and his best friend Mario Garduno.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 27, 2011 from 1:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 P.M. at Advantage Funeral Home. A Chapel service will be held on Wednesday, December 28, 2011 at 10:00 A.M. at the Advantage Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.Arrangements under the direction of Advantage Funeral and Cremation Services, Houston, TX.
