June Daughtry Gabriel

June was born in Mount Pleasant, Texas on June 5, 1928. On October 16, 1954, she married Richard Hunter Gabriel, Sr.

June is preceded in death by her husband Richard Hunter Gabriel, Sr., parents Lunar and Eula Daughtry, brothers Leon Daughtry, Lanier Daughtry, Oswald Daughtry, sisters Doris Ann Raines, Sue Lawrence.

June is survived her by brothers Lowell Daughtry and wife Carolyn of Whitehouse, TX, David Daughtry and wife Gloria of Chandler, TX, sister-in-laws Billye Daughtry of Tyler, TX, Blanche Daughtry of Tyler, TX,

Her children - daughter Laine Lawson and husband Joel of Abilene, TX, sons Richard H Gabriel, Jr. and wife Patricia of College Station, TX, Randall Gabriel, Sr. and wife Suzannah of Humble, TX, Rodney Gabriel of Abilene, TX, and Reid Gabriel of Houston, TX;

Her grandchildren - Shawn Lawson and Jason Lawson of Abilene, TX, Richard H Gabriel, III and wife Samantha of Ft. Bragg, NC, Kelcey Baros of College Station, TX, Michelle Gabriel of San Antonio, TX, Shannon Gabriel of College Station, TX, Randall Gabriel, Jr. and wife Heather of Athens, OH, Taylor Gabriel of Athens, OH, Kaila Nickel and husband Mark of Edmond, OK, Grayson Gabriel and Reagan Gabriel of Abilene, TX;

June loved her Lord and was a faithful servant who worked tirelessly helping others.

Visitation is Thursday, April 7, 2016 at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home and Cemetery, 13001 Katy Freeway, Houston, from 6:30 pm – 9:30 pm.

Memorial service will be Friday, April 8, 2016 at Memorial Church of Christ, 900 Echo Lane, Houston, at 1:00 pm. Graveside service will be at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home and Cemetery, 13001 Katy Freeway, Houston, at 3:00 pm.
