

A devout Catholic and extremely loving, caring, and good-natured mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, she was always smiling and clapping for both family members and strangers. From raising and taking care of her grandchildren to learning basic English and how to drive at the age of 60 after coming to the United States, she had a strong will and an unbreakable devotion to her family.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Tsu-Shen Chang.
She leaves to cherish her memory to son Ray Chang and wife Mona, daughter Rosa Lan Lee and husband Eric Ted Lee, and daughter Theresa W. Chang and husband Peter. She also leaves behind her loving grandchildren, Catherine Emde and husband Jason Edward, Connie Ideta and husband Sean Christopher, Jenifer Hu and husband Jensen, Eric Kai-Ung Lee, Jr. and wife Heather, Erica Hsuan-Ung Lee, Winston Chang, and Spencer Chang along with great-grandchildren Julian Lynn Emde, Anna Coralin Emde, Caleb Matthew Ideta, Sophia Hu, Josephine Hu and Penelope Hu.
Visitation will take place on Friday December 26, 2014 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home, located at 13001 Katy Freeway, Houston, Texas. The Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, December 27, 2014 at 10 a.m. at the Ascension Catholic Church, located at 4605 Jetty Lane, Houston, Texas 77072 with private burial immediately following.
