Katherine "Kooka" Reyes Crespo

Katherine R. “Kooka” Crespo, 58, entered eternal rest on January 6, 2019. She was born on October 11, 1960 in Houston, Texas to Ernesto & Elvira Reyes. Kooka was a loving mother to her son Zachary, and a devoted wife to her husband, Donaciano. She was a nurturer and devoted her life to caring for her family and friends. She will be truly missed.

Kooka is preceded in death by her parents: Ernesto & Elvira Reyes. Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband; Donaciano Crespo, son; Zachary; six siblings and their spouses, along with her nieces and nephews.

Visitation for family and friends will begin Friday, January 11th from 5pm to 8pm. Funeral service to begin promptly at 2pm on Saturday, January 12th. All services will be held in the Family Chapel at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway Houston, Texas 77039. Interment to follow immediately in Brookside Memorial Park.
