Robert "Kyle" Bethel, 53, passed away May 14, 2015, at his home in Houston, TX. Kyle was born June 15, 1961 in Tulsa, OK. He was the son of Robert "Bob" and Jayna Bethel. Kyle attended Holland Hall High School and Oklahoma State where he was a member of Phi Gamma Delta "FIJI" fraternity. He was a petroleum engineer and enjoyed being a world traveler at the expense of his employers. He enjoyed the outdoors and was an avid hunter and musician. Survivors include his wife, Cindy; sons Austin Bethel and Mitchell Toal; mother, Jayna Bethel; sister, Kristen Lieurance; and brother, Kevin Bethel. Preceded in death by his father, Bob Bethel. Memorial service at 2:00pm, Thursday at Forest Park Westheimer Funeral Home, Houston, with a celebration of his life to follow at Ashford Pub, 13308 Westheimer Rd, Houston, TX.
