Latatia Jen'e Marshall

On Sunday evening July 3, 2022 Latatia Jen’e LeBlanc Marshall 49 years old left this earth to meet our lord and savior Jesus christ. She battled a couple of bouts with cancer and succumbed to the complications.

Latatia was a beloved mother, daughter, sister, niece, aunt, cousin to many and a very dear friend. Latatia was born on June 3, 1973 to the late Joseph Mark LeBlanc Sr. and Bertha Amest LeBlanc from Opelousas, La.

Latatia was baptized and raised as a faithful Catholic. She was a woman of god who not only believed but lived her life based on hope, faith and love. She never met anyone whom she did not show her love.

Latatia taught school at Cypress Fairbanks Independent School District for 17 years. She was a teacher aide that worked in special education. She was devoted, loving and kind to all of her students that came into contact with her. During this time she met and became friends with numerous people. They were and still are her second family.

Latatia leaves to mourn her husband, Montrai Marshall, her memories and her passing, her mother Bertha Amos LeBlanc, grandmother Mary Amos, beloved children’s daughter Shyra LeBlanc, a son D’Ardrick LeBlanc of Houston, Tx. Three brothers Joseph Mark LeBlanc Jr, Micheal Kieth LeBlanc Sr.(Secnetria), Brian LeBlanc of Houston, Tx. A very devoted friend Jamie O’Berry of Houston, Tx.
