Leasa was born in Houston, TX on April 17, 1962. She was a graduate of Bellaire High School and attended Texas A&M University. After college she began her career with Harper & Pearson CPA where she worked for over 35 years. Leasa was a Lifetime member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.
Leasa loved all of her friends and acquaintances with Corral Club. She enjoyed her 3 nephews; Brandan and wife Jennifer, Cameron and wife Jessica, and Jordan. Great nieces and nephews, Kaden, Kylie, Liam.
Leasa loved to travel with mom and dad, friends and family. She went on many cruises, and road trips. She played softball, enjoyed sports, and loved watching all her nephews play football and baseball. Leasa loved Texas A&M sports teams. Her baby was her yellow lab/golden retriever, Cali who passed away 3yrs ago.
She is preceded in death by her brother, Kenneth Ray McGaughey. She’s survived by her parents Dan and Betty and Brother Dan and wife Catherine.
