Leonor Torres Mendiola

love, family, and quiet strength. On December 13, 2025, Leonor passed away in her hometown of Houston, surrounded by the warmth of those who cherished her.

Leonor was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great‑grandmother. Her gentle spirit, unwavering kindness, and deep love for her family were the foundation of her life and the legacy she leaves behind.

She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Jose Mendiola; her parents, Anastacio and Victoria Torres; and her siblings Alejandro Torres, Hortencia Perez, and Amparo Gonzales.

Leonor is survived by her children Rudolph Torres, Alicia Guzman, and Martin Gonzales. She is also lovingly remembered by her grandchildren, great‑grandchildren, nieces, and nephews, all of whom carry forward the values and love she instilled in them.

Leonor’s life was a testament to resilience, devotion, and the quiet

power of a generous heart. Her memory will continue to shine brightly in the lives of all who knew her.

A visitation will be held at Funeraria Del Angel Crespo, located at 2516 Navigation Blvd, Houston, TX 77003, on December 19, 2025, from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

A rosary service will take place at the same venue on December 19, 2025, from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm.
