With profound sadness, our family announces the passing of our beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, Linda Y. Pham, who was called home to the Lord on September 26, 2025 in Houston, Texas, at the age of 73.
Born on August 6, 1952, from Trung Linh, Bùi Chu, Việt Nam, Linda lived a life guided by faith, service, and love. A devout Catholic, she dedicated her heart and hands to the Church and to countless acts of charity, always giving of herself to those in need. Her strong will, honesty, and straightforward spirit defined her character, while her compassion and generosity touched everyone who knew her.
Linda was the cherished wife of Loan Phan, and the proud mother of her two sons, Hieu Pham and Minh Phan, who will forever treasure her wisdom, devotion, and love.
She will be remembered as a gifted cook of traditional Vietnamese meals that brought comfort and joy, a woman of deep holiness, and someone with an extraordinary green thumb. Whether in her kitchen or her garden, Linda nurtured life with patience, skill, and devotion — creating spaces of beauty, warmth, and abundance for her family and friends.
To many, Linda was more than a mother or friend—she was a guiding light of faith, a woman who lived her beliefs through action, and an example of strength and grace. Her legacy of service to God and her community will continue to inspire those she leaves behind.
Though our hearts are heavy, we take comfort in knowing Linda is now at peace in God’s embrace. She will be dearly missed, but her spirit will live on in the lives of all those who loved her.
