Lizetta June Moise

Mrs. Moise was born June 12, 1934, in Toronto, to John Fielding Smyth and Lizetta Amelia Angus. Lizetta was a long-time resident of Missouri City, Texas after relocating from Canada for her husband, William Moise’s job transfer with the Bank of Montreal. She was a loving wife to Bill and mother to Paul William Moise.

Lizetta enjoyed spending time with her friends, playing a good game of Bridge and was a good friend to all. She loved reminiscing about her times in Canada, raising her only child Paul with an undeniable special bond, discussing all things real estate and fashion with daughter-in-law Julie, attending her only grandson, Cade's games when she was able to and all the fun that she shared with her loving husband, Bill. Lizetta and Cade also shared a special bond, their secrets were always safe with one another. Her family was the most important thing to her.

Mrs. Lizetta Moise was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and her only brother, Bill, her brother-in-Law Jack as well. She leaves behind her son, Paul William Moise, daughter-in-law, Julie Moise and only grandson, Cade William Moise of Missouri City, TX, as well as her sister-in-law, Shirley Smith in Michigan.

Lizetta was a loving wife, mother, and friend, and she will be greatly missed by all who knew her. The Moise family would like to give a special thanks to her caregiver and best friend Mona along with the Three Oaks Hospice and staff who took great care of her in her final days of life.

A visitation will be held 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM Tuesday June 14, 2022, at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home and Cemetery, 13001 Katy Freeway, Houston, TX 77079. A funeral service will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday June 14, 2022, in The Pecan Room at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home and Cemetery, 13001 Katy Freeway, Houston, TX 77079 Followed by a graveside service at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home and Cemetery, 13001 Katy Freeway, Houston, TX 77079.
