

Born on December 10, 1957 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Lori was the second of six children born to John and Geneva (Adams) Charnesky. She graduated from Lincoln-Way Community High School in New Lenox, Illinois and Robert Morris Business University in Chicago. For more than 40 years, Lori served as an accountant in both Illinois and Texas.
Surviving are five sisters: Jill Charnesky, Linda (Jim) Iaun, Nancy (Dan) McHugh, Kathryn Charnesky, and Karen (Joe) Platzbecker; nephews Aaron (Carrie) Iaun, Andrew Iaun, Kyle (Dana) Platzbecker and Ben Charnesky; nieces Rachel (Aaric) McHugh, Emily McHugh, Hope (Sam) Marcum, and Emma Platzbecker; great nephew Eli Platzbecker and great niece Madelyn Iaun.
As a believer in Christ, Lori was blessed with many loyal and loving friends. She was a dog lover who raised several dachshunds, including her beloved Jack she leaves behind. Lori was also a dedicated Green Bay Packer’s fan and an avid gardener.
Lori’s family would like to thank her friends and work colleagues who tirelessly supported her recovery. We will forever be grateful for your kindness and generosity following her accident.
In Lori's memory, a service will be held on Friday, April 4, 2025 at 1:00 pm at River Pointe Church, 21000 Southwest Fwy, Richmond, Texas 77469. Service will take place in the Lakeside Building.
