Lorraine Mendoza was born September 28, 1949 to parents Ernesto Jose V. Salas and Pilar Lupe Salas in Houston. Lorraine was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend that will be dearly missed by all that knew and loved her.
Lorraine was preceded in death by her father, Ernesto Jose V. Salas and sister, Kandie Marie Guzman. She is survived by her loving husband Juan G. Mendoza; three children, Linda Marie Carmona, Juan E. Mendoza & Jessica Mendoza, Edward Mendoza & Michelle Mendoza; mother Pilar Lupe Salas; four grandchildren, Juan Antonio Salgado, Jr. Edward Mendoza, Jr. & Destiny Mendoza, Jonathan Mendoza, Jacob Mendoza and numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
The family will receive friends for a visitation September 7, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas 77039. A funeral service will be held on September 8, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. in the Grand Chapel at Brookside Funeral Home followed by a burial at Brookside Memorial Park.
