On July 3, 1937 Mrs. Louann K. Tyler was born to the late Valcent and Mable Kennerson, in Leonville, Louisiana. She was one of many siblings from this union. She passed into eternal rest on January 8, 2016 at the age of 78. Mrs. Tyler accepted Christ at an early age. She was the mother of 7 children, 15 grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren. She retired from Ben Taub Hospital after 25 years of service. She is preceded in death by son, Riyadh Muhammad. She leaves to cherish her memories: 2 sisters, 6 children, 2 sons-in law, 4 daughters-in-law, grands and great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Brookside Funeral Home is handling the arrangements. Funeral Mass will be at St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church, 10500 Nold Road, Houston, Texas 77016, at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, January 15, 2016. Entombment will follow at Brookside Memorial Park, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas 77039.
