Louis is survived by his spouse of 62 years, Esther D Manuell of 62 years, his children: Thomas Preston Manuell, Judith Lynn Manuell-Marnell, Mary Kathleen Manuell, 4 grandchildren & 7 great-grandchildren.
Louis graduated from the University of Houston with a BS in Mechanical Engineering, he loved fishing, reading, and sports and was a devoted husband and father.
