Maizie M. Murphy, age 86, passed away at home, Saturday, April 17, 2010 in Houston, TX after a lengthy illness. Maizie is survived by her devoted and dedicated husband of 32 years, Herbert D. Murphy; son: Jimmy Jaynes and wife Patricia; daughter: Jaynie Hill and husband Gary; step-son: David Murphy; step-daughter: Colleen Clark, and special daughter: Carolyn Bezdek, also 4 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild. Visitation will be 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 20th at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home. Maizie’s Celebration of Life will be 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 21st in the Chapel of Memorial Oaks.
