Maria Consuelo Gonzales

Maria was born September 27, 1931 in Columbus, Texas to Seferino Ramirez and Soldad Ramirez.

She was married to Henry Bravo Gonzales, Sr. for twenty-two years.

Maria Consuelo Gonzales worked for the Alief Independent School District in the food service department.

She was a member of several churches. She volunteered at Sunday School, was a Vacation Bible School Teacher and a member of a prayer team.

Maria had many passions but primarily praying for family and others. She loved keeping in touch via phone calls to her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by Husband Henry B Gonzales, Sr., Father Seferino Ramirez and Mother Soldad Ramirez, Sister: Juanita Ramirez-Marzola, Brother-in-law: John Anthony Marzola, Brother: Tony Ramirez, Sister-in-law: Lina Ramirez, Father-in-law: Pedro Gonzales, Mother-in-law: Mary Gonzales, Brother-in-law: Raul Gonzales, Sister-in-law: Ester Pulido, Brother-in-law: Frank Pulido

Maria is survived by Son Henry B Gonzales, Jr., Daughter-in-law Sophia Gonzales, Son Edward Gonzales, Daughter-in-law Pamela J. Gonzales, Grandchildren: Hannah Maria Gonzales, Bethany Ruth Gonzales, Savannah Faith Potafiy and Husband Vadim Potafiy, Abigail Rose Gil and Husband Daniel Abraham Gil, Samantha Gabriela Moore, Nicolas Gonzales, Julie Nicole Gonzales, Maribeth Gonzales, Great-grandchildren: Meadow Rae Potafiy, Emery Jane Potafiy, Summer Olive Potafiy, Luna Sage Barron.

A Funeral Service for Maria will be held Friday, March 11, 2022 at 6:30p.m. at Forest Park Westheimer Funeral Home, 12800 Westheimer Road, Houston, TX 77077.
