Sending my condolences to the family, I personally didn't know Mrs. Gonzalez but from what I see in pics, she's a beautiful soul and from knowing Cubby, speaks volume of the type of person she was.  Rest in peace Mrs. Gonzalez

May the Love of God fill the emptiness you feel at the time of great loss. Her spirit will live on forever by God's plan. I had the grace to meeting her although short it was a blessing. I know that God called her home.

A person that departs from this earth never truly leaves, for they are still alive in our hearts and minds, through us, they live on. Please accept my condolences, she will not be forgotten. Heaven gained a beautiful Angel.

There's one more thing, I failed to mention.  When Tia Lucy got tired she went to check into their hotel room in Italy and she noticed a picture over her bed and in the morning when she awoke, it hit her, she broke down and cried because the picture above her bed was the exact picture Tia Angie had displayed in her house when they were growing up and the same one Tia Lucy has in her home that she bought when her children were born.  Call it a coincidence or miracle.  Tia Lucy realized that it was her sister-in-law Angie, letting her know that she was okay and was with all of us. Stay strong and take care of one another because that is definitely what she would want all of us to do.    Love you all. Kathy D.

REST IN PEACE 

In Italy mourning with each of you today.  I would like each of you to know that Angie was more than a sister in law to me, she was a second mom, a sister and friend!  She was unselfish and kind.  A true individual of incredible strength and one who always kept an opened mind!
She loved her family and enjoyed the times spent.  Angie made it a point to let all of us know how important we all were and what we truly meant to her.
I will never forget the call, the shock, the sadness, the tears and shattered heart.  I immediately wanted to throw the phone down and get a new start! How would we ever get through this?  Then I was quickly reminded from God above, that she is now with the angels and as free as a dove! No more worries, struggles or pain.  For she has entered His Kingdom and is with Him at the front of the reign!  No doubt, we will hurt and ask ourselves WHY?
But we all must remember, this isn't goodbye.  We will see her again.  And this we know, for our faith in God assures us so!  No more texts, nor letters, or late night calls but the laughter, and memories will be forever in our sight! 
For Angie I know, we would all agree, you will be in our hearts and from our minds, you will never depart - so rest in peace, my sister and friend. Love you forever and always until we meet again!

When my Aunt Lucy text me 3 small words, before she boarded the plane to Italy.  She texted Always and Forever.  I felt her pain. I felt her tears.  I realized she was breaking inside and was in fear that she may not see us again, because life is not a guaranteed forever.  So what I am saying is, we all will go one day, however, when, we don't know.  Life is not guaranteed, but remember to look at it this way, Imagine never getting to meet Angie, and never getting to know her personally, never to sit with her presence, never able to share a laughter or two, never able to build memories, now that is definitely a loss.  We didn't lose Angie, God lent her to us.   I thank God I got to meet her, love her, hug her and cry with her.  Most of you were fortunate to have known her longer.
