Maria "Dahlia" James, age 72, passed away on June 20, 2013 in Katy, Texas. She was born in San Juan, Bano, Camarines Sur, Philippines on November 27, 1940. Dahlia married Felix Hall James on November 23, 1969 in San Miguel, Philippines.
She was proceeded in death by her parents, Melitona and Diego Bisunia and her sister Herminia Bisunia.
Dahlia is survived by her husband Felix James; son Melchor Bisunia and wife Christine; son Dennis Lee James, and son Darin Linn James. She is also survived by grandchildren Jesse and Chiara Bisunia. And grandchildren Brandon, Aaron and Brittany James.
Dahlia is also survived by sisters Cassandra Bisunia, Cecilia Bisunia, Cynthia Hogan and Mitzi Dumarron and brother Diego Bisunia.
Family asks you to join in a celebration of Dahlia's life at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, June 27, 2013 at 10:00 AM with a visitation one hour prior. Burial will be at Houston National Cemetery following the service.
