Martha Glass

Martha was born on November 4, 1953 to parents John and Margaret Anderson, in Peterborough Ontario, Canada. After graduating from Beloit High School in 1971, she went on to study language education at Arizona State University in 1975. After graduation, she began a very successful career in Spanish language teaching that lasted for 33 years. She ended her teaching career with 27 years at China Springs High School in 2009.

In 1975 she met Arthur Silvas, and they were married in September of 1977. They had two sons, Kyle, born in 1982 and Jason, born in 1984. Martha was predeceased by her husband Arthur and their son Kyle.

In 2005 Martha met Dan Glass, and they were married in 2007, and moved to Temple Texas, where they lived happily, until Dan died in May of 2022.

Left to mourn her passing are her son, Jason Silvas, her mother Margaret Anderson, her sister and brother-in-law Christine and Charles Campbell and her niece, Alexandra Campbell and her brother John Anderson. Also left to mourn her passing were her husband’s children, Sean Glass, Justin Glass, Jordan Glass Jr., Autumn Glass and Kensey glass.

Martha was also predeceased by her father John Anderson and her sister Janet Anderson.
