Marty Villanueva

Martha (Marty) Villanueva R.N. was born April 21, 1951 in Houston, Texas and went to be with our Heavenly Father on Wednesday, August 27, 2014. She was raised in Houston, TX; graduate of San Jacinto High School, and later graduated from St. Dominican College as an RN. Marty will be remembered for her devotion to her patients and passion for her career which she practiced for 40 yrs. She is preceded in death by her parents, Jose and Linda Villanueva and sister, Carmen Villanueva. In her last moments she was surrounded by family and goddaughter, Tina Rios. She is survived by her brothers, Joseph V. Sr. and Arthur V.; sister, Nelta Rojas and husband Rene; goddaughter, Tina Rios and fiancé Tom P.; nieces, Celeste V. and fiancé Zachary, Grace V. and Victoria V.; nephews, Jason V. and wife, Amanda, Joseph V. Jr., Arthur V., Thomas Leo V., Aaron H. and Johnathan R.; grandnieces, Avy V. and Abigail V.; grandnephew, Dante V. A visitation at Crespo Funeral Home will be held on Friday, August 29, 2014 from 5-9pm with a 7pm rosary to be recited. The funeral service will be held at Our Lady of St. John Catholic Church, 7500 Hirsch Rd. Houston, Texas 77016. Graveside Service will be held at a later date.
