

Marvin Cleo Moore (or so we thought). His Birth Certificate was actually Cleo Marvin Moore. He was born April 4th 1926 in Livingston, Texas to Gnendee Moore and Susan Valena Gowers Moore. He had 2 older brothers Chester and Lester and 1 younger brother Glenn.
He married Laura Mae Kimbrough on February 1st 1953 and moved to Houston.
They had 2 daughters Doris Nell born November 10th 1953 and Sandra Gail born January 22nd 1958.
His hobbies included working on cars and spending time with his grandkids.
He became granddad to all he knew. He was a chauffeur; cheer leader and biggest fan to all the kids. He helped with GMAs, Dance, Girl Scouts, Soccer, Gymnastics and Band. He rarely missed an event.
Thru the years he had property in Shephard and Onalaska where he enjoyed spending time with family. He loved taking others out in his boat to swim, ski, tube and anything they could think of.
He raised his family to love and trust God. He was very active in his church.
He was raised a hard worker and remained that way throughout his life. He was always willing to help anyone he could. He always taught us that being on time was being late.
He was a forklift mechanic at Weingarten’s and Grocers Supply for many years. He retired at the age of 70, but didn’t like retirement so he went back to work at Grocers Supply for 5 more years. He and Charles started a Boat and RV storage business, which they built from the ground up.
He will be missed by all!!!!
