Mary Lynn Cochrane

MARY LYNN COCHRANE, age 68, died peacefully Wednesday, September 18, 2024. Born in Houston Texas, June 26 1956, to Mignon Helene Marcy Cochrane and Edgar Upham Cochrane, she graduated from Spring Branch High School in 1974. Lynn lived life to her delight, and she lived life on her terms. She never met a stranger, and her door was open to many.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Mignon and Edgar Cochrane, and her sister Anne Sayers. Left to celebrate her life are sisters Marsha Whitty and Theresa Campbell, and brother Alan Cochrane. She leaves one loving daughter, Angela Cochrane Jackson and husband James Jackson. Lynn dearly loved her one granddaughter Hailey Mariah Murphy, and great granddaughter Avani Elaya Guzman. That love was extended to many nieces, nephews and their babies as well. She also had two honorary daughters Christa Reynolds & Jessica Eaken. My loving mother may be gone but her love & support will be with me always.

Visitation will be Saturday,10:00 am – 12 noon and Funeral Service,12 noon at Brookside Funeral Home - Cypress Creek 9149 Hwy 6 N, Houston, TX 7709 followed by the procession to the burial at 2pm at Memorial Oaks Cemetery 13001 Katy Fwy, Houston, TX 77079.
