The family would like to extend heartfelt thanks to her exceptional caregivers, Millie Witchet, Brenda Payne, Minnie Clark, Helen Prejean and Mary Birton for the years of loving care they provided Mrs. Hatfield. Their loyal support allowed Mary Jane to remain in her beloved home of 55 years.
Special mention would like to be given to her great friend, Marjorie "Sugar" Archer, for the lifelong devotion shown to Mary Jane and her family.
Mary Jane's wonderful spirit will live on in all who knew her.
In lieu of customary remembrances, the family requests with gratitude that memorial contributions in Mary Jane's name be directed to the charity of one's choice .
