Mary Elaine Nelson joined the Lords side November 13, 2011. Mary was born August 29, 1935 in Conneaut, OH, and known as Elaine to all her family and friends. She lived in the Houston area for over 20 years and worked for several years for the Alief school system.
She is survived by her 3 daughters, 9 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, one brother, and a loving companion of over 10 years Kenneth Fisher.
Elaine was a very special and loving person and will be missed by all the lives that she touched, though she will be missed she will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
Visitation will be from 9:00 am until 11:00 am on Thursday, November 17th at Forest Park Westheimer Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow in the cemetery at 12:00 pm. where she will be laid to rest next to her husband of over 40 years, Thomas Nelson, Jr.
