

Mary Corrigan Noble, 84, of Houston, Texas passed away on Monday January 16, 2012. She was born on Friday September 30, 1927 in Beeville, Texas to Frank Robert Corrigan and Lura Ida Barber Corrigan. Mary spent her childhood in Beeville, Texas and graduated high school in Edna, Texas. She married her high school sweetheart and they celebrated their 66th wedding anniversary on New Years Eve. Mary’s favorite past time was shopping. She loved collecting antiques and visiting historical homes throughout the United States. She enjoyed vacations in the mountains of Colorado and Idaho as well as times at the family beach house in Galveston. Mary and her husband, Charles, helped organize the founding of St. John Vianney Catholic Church. More than anything, she loved having her family around. She was totally dedicated to her faith and her family. Mary is survived by her husband, Charles Noble; Daughter, Patricia Green and her husband David, son, Robert Noble and his wife Barbara, son, Gary Noble and his wife Joy, and daughter Katherine Cater; grandchildren, Wes and Charlie Rosenstein, Christian Pruitt, Matt, Patrick, Reagan, and Jared Noble, Lauren Cristy, John, Travis, and Caroline Cater; 6 – great-grandchildren and 1 on the way; sister-in-laws, Leah Jane Corrigan and Marlene Noble, brother-in-law, Ed Noble. The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 8:00pm on Thursday January 19, 2012 with a Rosary at 7:00pm in the Memorial Oaks Funeral Home Chapel 13001 Katy Freeway Houston, Texas 77079. Funeral services will be held at 10:00am on Friday January 20, 2012 in the St. Michael Catholic Church 1801 Sage Rd. Houston, Texas 77056. Interment will follow at 1:00pm in the Memorial Oaks Cemetery. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the Cristo Rey Jesuit College Preparatory School of Houston 6700 Mt.
