Mary (Terri) Peterson (nee Doyle) passed away peacefully in her home, surrounded by people who love her, on 26 September 2025. She was the beloved wife of the late Donald Peterson; loving mother of Denise (John) Nyholt, the late Gregg (Ellen) Peterson, and Susie (Jim) Muehlbauer. Devoted Grandmother of Adam (Kacie), Liz (Jud), Aaron (Kelly), Nathan (Tammy), Justin (Kristin), Anna (Ben), Lucky (Wayne), Hannah (Robert), Hazel (Dan), Boomer, Matthew and Greg. Treasured great-grandmother of 11. Cherished ”Sister” to the Doyle cousins. Terri adored her caretaker and friend, Mary Alcantar. She was preceded in death by her loving parents Mary (Slattery) and Martin Doyle.
Terri was devoted to her family and friends. Her passion was sewing, particularly in designing and creating costumes for local theaters. She enjoyed playing games and cards. and loved being at the center of things. She was loving, talented, sassy, opinionated, intelligent, independent, and loyal with an edgy sense of humor. She will be dearly missed.
