Mr. Roy Lee Greene Sr.

Obituary On January 23, 1940 in Little Rock, Arkansas a baby boy was born to Laymon Walter Greene and Aurelia Washington, they named Earnest Roy Lee Greene. Spiritually he accepted Christ at an early age, and was baptized. He attended school in Little Rock, Arkansas, after school he joined the United States Air Force, other profession included Warehouse Management, and later became a Alcohol and Drug Recovery Counselor. His passion in life was, nice cars, traveling, music, and the love of people. In 1962, he met Jessie Mae Butler, on April 23, 1962, they united in marriage and to this union four children was born. He was preceded in death by both parents, and son Victor Greene, God parents, Roosevelt and Bessie Green. He leaves to celebrate his home going, Darriel Greene (Debbie) of Shepherd, Texas, Trina Greene Powers of Katy, Texas, Roy Lee Greene Jr. (Jackie) of Houston, Texas; two additional daughters, Ronda Clayton of Houston, Texas, and Tameca Jenkins of Huntsville, Texas. Fourteen grandchildren, Laviyas, Calvin, Moody Latarsha, Codarriel, Talvin, Cody, Kyera, Shlihah, Darius, Devin, Dy’naja, Li’cia, Xiomara. Thirteen great grandchildren, Dazi, Leviyas Jr., Auhmad, Levisha, Latricia, Trevion, Calvinique, Ariana, Cadin, Cameron, Codarriel Jr., Dariyale, Sheonta; one great great grandchild Torrey; two sisters, Dorthy Jean Lott of Houston, Texas, Lisa Paden of St. Louis, Missouri, and a host of nieces, and nephews, cousin, other relatives and friends.
