Mrs. Kathy Marie Jenkins was born to Mr. Delton J. O’Neal Sr., and Mrs. Alma Lee Harris on March 1, 1962, in Houston, Texas. She met and married Kenneth Jenkins on April 23, 1984. To this union one son was born, Joshua Ray Jenkins. She gave her life to Christ in 1988. She united with Smyrna Baptist Church, July 31, 1994, under the leadership of Dr. Larry W. Jackson, Sr. She remained a faithful member until her health began to fail. She was a member of the choir and was a deaconess. On Friday, January 26, 2018, God called to rest Kathy Marie Jenkins. She was preceded in death by her father Delton J. O’Neal, Sr., and grandparents. She leaves to mourn: her loving husband Kenneth Jenkins; son Joshua Ray Jenkins; mother, Alma Lee Lockett (Willie); two sisters, Brenda Campbell of Houston, Texas, Annette Alexander (Michael) of Lancaster, Texas; two brothers, Louis Campbell of Wharton, Texas, Regginel Campbell of Houston, Texas, a loving sister-in-law Jacqueline Walker (Michael); and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
