On August 28, 1952, in Abilene, Texas, the Lord blessed Paul and Charlie Mae Anderson with their third child, Pauline. She was blessed to know Christ and gave her life to him at Mount Zion Baptist Church at an early age. She moved to Houston, Texas in her twenties and remained there until her death. She met a young man named Stanley Demming and later married him on July 9, 1984. The two of them spent thirty-nine blessed years together. Since Pauline loved the Lord, she found a church home in Houston to continue her relationship with the Lord. She became an active member of New Day Deliverance Holiness Church under the leadership of Bishop Richard Taylor later in life. Pauline spent most of her life working for the City of Houston in various departments. She loved her career and later retired after twenty-five years of work as an Administrative Assistant. Her greatest accomplishments were being a wife, mother and grandmother. She loved going on outings with her family and shopping with her girls. You could find Pauline cooking and hosting card games with her family. She loved going to the casino to win big money as she would say. Pauline is preceded in death by her parents: Paul and Charlie Mae Anderson and two brothers Benny and Paul Anderson Jr. Pauline leaves to mourn her husband: Stanley Demming; two daughters: Tymikka and LaToya Demming; three grandchildren: Kameron DeShun and Autumn Denice Demming-Scales and Brison J. Nicholas Humphrey; three sisters: Mary King, Lezora Daughtery and Eva Anderson; one brother: Charlie Anderson Sr. and a host of nieces and nephews.
