Myrtle Mae (Bowley) Turner, 93, went to be with her Lord on Friday, January 22, 2010. She was born June 19, 1916 in Lubbock, TX. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Reverend Edwin C. Turner. Also, preceding her are two sons-in-laws, two great-grandchildren, her parents and all her brothers and sisters. Myrtle is survived by her loving children, LaQueita Hamilton, Ed Turner and wife Cheryl, Winona Gray, Carolyn Anthony and husband Rod, Glenda Morris and husband Jerry, Dale Turner and wife Lisa, Jerry Turner and wife Kay, Brenda Larson and husband Bruce. She was also blessed with 28 grandchildren, 49 great-grandchildren, and 9 great-great grandchildren, many nieces nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation will be Tuesday, January 26, 2010 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. A celebration of life will be 10:00a.m. Wednesday, January 27, 2010 at Brookside Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Brookside Memorial Park.
