Naomi Lam, 82, passed away on November 18, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family. Born in Hunan Province, China, Naomi emigrated to the United States to pursue graduate studies—an act of courage and ambition that would shape the course of her life and the lives of those she loved.
Naomi earned her Master of Business Administration and began her career as an accountant before ultimately becoming a successful real estate broker and investor. Her professional accomplishments were matched only by her unwavering work ethic and belief in the power of education. She dedicated herself to building opportunities for her family, working tirelessly to ensure a better future for her children and grandchildren.
A woman of many passions, Naomi loved traveling the world and found great joy in ballroom dancing with her husband, Frank. Deeply committed to her community, she served as an elected member of the Fort Bend County School Board, where she advocated for the value of learning that she held so dear.
Naomi is survived by her devoted husband, Frank; her sons, Michael and David; and her cherished grandchildren, Kenneth and Emilia. She will be remembered as a woman of strength, discipline, warmth, and boundless generosity.
Her legacy lives on in the family she nurtured, the community she served, and the example she set for all who knew her.
