Orlando Arceo, 87, of Lubao, Pampanga, passed away on May 21, 2023 in Houston, Texas.
Orlando was born in Apalit, Pampanga to Victoriano Arceo and Placida Langit on November 15, 1935. He went to school at Lubao, Pampanga. He married Tessie H. Arceo on June 27 in Los Angeles, California. He graduated from Far Eastern University He worked as an office assistant for Texaco, Inc for 30 years.
Orlando is preceded in death by his parents and two brothers in the Philippines.
Orlando survived by wife Tessie H. Arceo, Children: Laarni and Joe Villela, Aristotle and Mai and grandson, Zachary
