Pat and I met when we were 17 when she moved to the Heights and started going to Reagan High School.  We hit it off right away and became good friends. My husband to be Ronald was good friends with Gordon her husband to be, so we set up a date between the two of them and it was instant attraction. Ronald and I got married August 5, 1960 and Pat and Gordon got married two weeks later.  We stayed good friends forever. I will miss my good friend dearly and know I will see her gain one day. Sharon may God watch over you through these trying times.

Aunt Pat,
A very caring and living person, I will always remember that when I was starting a contracting business 14 years ago, she found work at her home to keep me busy......she always was cheerful, and smiling....I ended up getting stuck up here in Illinois having to work this weekend and finishing up Monday....love you all.....

I am such a lucky person to have found a friend so loving and caring as you. You'll always have a special place in my heart, and I'll always remember you.

I will always have fond memories of Aunt Trisha, like when she gave me a hug it was a hug full of love. She loved to tell jokes, she would say "did I tell you the joke about ---?".  I loved her so much even though we mostly was only able to see her around the holidays.  I will always remember her laughter and her beautiful smile.  I love you Aunt Trisha and you will be greatly missed. Sharon, I will be praying for you that God gives you strength to get through this aweful time of your life.

Aunt Pat had amazing ability to make you feel significant and important.  I remember as a kid always looking forward to visits at her house.  She was the aunt that couldn't hug you big enough!  The minute you shown up your plate was full, your laughter was loud, and your heart was happy!  I will miss you!

So sorry to hear about Pat's passing.  I may not have seen her often but I do have fond memories of her at Jordan family reunions.  My prayers are with Sharon and the rest of the family.

We were the sister-in-laws of the Jordan family married to brothers.  I loved her for many years. I think of her cooking, putting up with Gordon being a stinker, her sweet smile and curly hair, playing board games and she was so sweet to my two daughters.  They loved her.  I will truly miss her but know she is going to be in a better place.  Rest in  peace.  Love Barbara Jordan.

She was always good to me as another sister-in-law being married to brothers.I have many beautiful thoughts of her.  Her cooking, her up personality, her love for Gordon even when he was a stinker, her dogs.  She was loving to my girls from the time they were born. I envied her curly hair!
