Patricia Ann (Wright) Wilson
Patricia Ann Wilson, known to all as "Pat," was born on November 8, 1938 to Luther A. Wright and Harriet Burnett Wright of Hopewell, VA.
Pat became a Christian at a young age. She was a very strong-minded and extremely out spoken woman. She enjoyed Bingo, fishing, garage sailing, and playing poker. Pat enjoyed and loved having her family around as well. Her absolute favorite holiday was Christmas. Before Thanksgiving could even come around, her home would be transformed into the Winter Wonderland. She loved Christmas so much that she even married the love of her life on that special day
On December 25, 1957, Pat was united in marriage to Jimmie O. Wilson in Hopewell, VA whom she leaves to cherish her memory, as well as two children: Jimmie O. Wilson Jr. (Lisa) and Connie Leigh Wilson; eleven grandchildren: Ricky Perez (Crystal), Patti Perez, Bo Perez (Aisha), Nikki Carter (Clinton), Sammi Webster (Josh), Jennifer McGuire, Jackie Wilson, Byars Wilson, Brooks Wilson, Bailey Wilson, and Brady Wilson; fifteen great-grandchildren, six step great-grandchildren, a host of family members, and friends.
Pat's parents, one sister and 3 brothers, and one daughter, Tresa Ann Wilson, preceded her in death.
