

At an early age, Paul decided to follow in his father’s footsteps and become an electrician. He joined the I.B.E.W. (Local 716) and was a member for 57 years. After working as a journeyman electrician for many years, he eventually become a master electrician. Paul formed the company, Liberty Electrical Contractors, Inc. in 1986 and gifted numerous aspiring electricians with his knowledge and experience. Education was important to him and he always encouraged his employees to continue their education. Paul had a deep love for God and country, and it was reflected in both his personal and business dealings.
Paul was an avid historian with a special interest in Houston history. He also enjoyed genealogy research and in his younger adult years enjoyed working with stained glass as a hobby.
Paul was a member of S.P. Waltrip Masonic Lodge and the Shriners, eventually becoming a 33rd Degree Mason. He and his wife attended First Baptist Church of Houston, in Cypress. They enjoyed taking day trips through the Texas countryside, often stopping at every historical marker they came across.
Paul is survived by his wife Judy Virgadamo, his daughter Kimberly Dominic and her husband Vincent, his daughter Lori (Kit) Jewell and her husband Scott, and his four grandchild, Victoria Oliveria, Vince Dominic, David Jewell, and Mary Jewell. Paul is also survived by his siblings Dennis Virgadamo and his wife Laura, and Cheryl Rogers and her husband George, and multiple nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers for his funeral will be his beloved employees, James Lyles, Jeremy Burke, Josh Sebren, Chris Dryer, Chris Warns, and Travis Scarborough.

A visitation with family & friends for Paul will be held Wednesday, September 9, 2020 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home, 13001 Katy Fwy, Houston, TX 77079. A committal service will occur Thursday, September 10, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Memorial Oaks Cemetery.
