He was born on September 6, 1967, in Los Angeles, California to Alfredo and Anita Davila. He was a proud resident of Houston, Texas and was a 1986 graduate of John H Reagan High School. He married Lisa on June 6, 1986, (38 years) in Houston, Texas and re-married through St. Patrick’s Church, March 30, 2002.
He attended Tech School to certify in Air-conditioning/Heating repair and install. Pete worked in the Air-conditioning/Heating Industry for 36 years. Pete was very outgoing and loved exploring and going on adventures with his family and traveling. He passed down his love of movies and geeky fandoms to his daughters which is upheld to this day. You could always find him at the opening weekend for any Batman or Star Wars premier. Pete had the type of personality that would make you feel special and you you’re the most important person around. He was a member of the 8404 Knights of Columbus, participated with Big Bertha los Amigos Cook-off team and loved his sports teams. He loved helping others and giving back to his community. He was a devout quarterly blood donor due to his universal donor type. He was an organ donor and in the end he helped save 7 lives.
He is survived by his wife, Lisa; daughters, Yvette Sanchez husband Esteban, Brittany Lightfoot husband Larry, Katrina Davila boyfriend Alec Keough, adopted daughter’s; Sarah Mora Spouse Ferran, Kota Dominguez-Lowry; 5 Grandchildren; Devon Lightfoot wife Rachael, Larry Lightfoot Jr, Greg Lightfoot, Kaleb Sanchez and Natalie Sanchez. 3 Great-Grandchildren: Alice Rose Lightfoot, Nancy Sage Lightfoot, Delilah Lightfoot, Older Sister Elizabeth (Lisa) Davila, younger brothers; Gabriel Davila wife Teresa, Paul Davila and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A visitation will occur Thursday, April 18, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM, 5100 North Fwy, Houston, Texas 77022. A rosary will occur Thursday, April 18, 2024 at 7:00 PM, 5100 North Fwy, Houston, Texas 77022.
