Ray will be remembered for his jokes, rare but infectious smile, and laughter, leaving a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know him. His passions ranged from biking and fishing to video gaming, collecting comic books, and building with LEGO. He cherished time spent with family and friends watching sports and enjoyed experimenting with new cooking recipes. A fan of holiday spirit, he loved watching Halloween and Christmas movies year-round.
We will forever remember his encouraging words: “Take it one step at a time, it is what it is, so it is not worth stressing about.” He wanted us to cherish the happy memories rather than dwell on the sadness. He will forever be remembered as Batman and will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
