It is heavy hearts, we announce the sudden passing of a beloved husband, father, son, and friend who left us far too soon at the age of 50. His vibrant spirit and zest for life touched everyone who knew him, and though his time with us was cut short, the memories he created will live on forever.
He was a man perpetually in motion, someone who approached life with determination and an infectious energy that made every day an adventure. Whether he was planning his next getaway to his beloved Cancun, cheering passionately for the Houston Astros, or taking his cherished Corvette out for a drive, he lived each moment to the fullest. There was never a dull moment when he was around – his enthusiasm for sports, travel, and life itself was boundless and inspiring.
For the past 15 years, he dedicated himself to his work for Spitzer Industries, where his strong work ethic and positive attitude made him a valued colleague and friend. But his greatest pride and joy was his family. He lived for his devoted wife of 26 years, Gabriela, and their two sons, Tristan and Isaiah, who were the center of his world. His love for them was evident in everything he did, from the family trips to Cancun to the countless hours spent sharing his passion for Houston sports with his boys.
His adventurous spirit took him to many corners of the world, but Cancun held a special place in his heart – it was his sanctuary, his go-to destination where he could recharge and create precious memories with those he loved most. Whether he was exploring new places or cheering from the stands at an Astros game, he approached every experience with the same enthusiasm and joy that defined his character.
He leaves behind his beloved wife, Gabriela; sons Tristan and Isaiah; his loving parents, Ramon Sr and Ramona Flores; his in laws, Angel and Rosa Resendez; his sisters Juana (Manuel) and Jessica (Jesus); his sisters-in-law Maria and Rosa (Jamie); his brothers in law Enrique, Alejandro, and Angel; along with numerous nephews, nieces, cousins, friends, and relatives who will forever cherish the memories they shared with him.
Though our hearts are broken by this sudden loss, we find comfort in knowing that his legacy of determination, adventure, and unconditional love will continue to inspire us all. His spirit lives on in every sunset in Cancun, every Astros victory, every family gathering, and every moment when we choose to embrace life with the same passion and joy.
