Raul is survived by ;son Raul Ramirez Jr; grandsons: Michael F. Ramirez (Monica Ramirez),Raul V. Ramirez III, and Christopher C. Ramirez granddaughter Jasmine M. Ramirez and great grandson Mateo Ramirez; daughter Elia Ramirez (Steven Garcia); daughter Laurie Ann Ramirez-Perez(Javier Perez), granddaughter Amelia A. Perez; and grandson Javier Perez "Papito", sister Rosa Fernandez and sister Jesusa "Susie" De La Torre.

A visitation for Raul will be held Monday, January 25, 2021 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Crespo, 2516 Navigation Blvd, Houston, Texas 77003. A rosary will occur Monday, January 25, 2021 at 6:00 PM, 2516 Navigation Blvd, Houston, Texas 77003. A funeral mass will occur Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at 10:00 AM at St Joseph Cathoilc Church, 1505 Kane St, Houston, TX 77007. A committal service will occur Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at Earthman Resthaven Cemetery, 13102 North Freeway, Houston, Texas 77060.
