Ray was originally from Robstown, TX and moved to Houston in 1974. He proudly served our country in the US Army and fought in the Vietnam War. He was a postmaster for 24 yrs. Enjoyed the outdoors, loved to bar-b-que and spending time with his family. He was preceded in death by his parents Mr & Mrs. Reynaldo Garza Sr, and sister Elva Molina. Survived by his loving wife of 39 yrs: Ermilia (Milo) Garza, sons Reynaldo (Judy) Garza III, Felix Garza (Amy Salazar), daughter: Amanda Garza. Grandchildren: Francis, Daniel, Marissa, Jared and Giovanni. Brother Mario Garza, sister Rosanna (Carry) Young, also survived by many nephews, nieces and family. The family will receive friends from 6-9PM on Wednesday, June 1, 2011 with a Rosary being recited at 7PM. Funeral Service will be at 12:30PM on June 2, 2011. Interment will follow in Brookside Memorial Park with Military Honors.
