Richard Barton Kouri passed away last week at 71 years old.

Richard is preceded in death by his father, Barton H. Kouri; mother Elizabeth W. Kouri; and sister Susan P. Price. He is survived by his wife Jo Ann Joy; father-in-law William J. Joy; son Christopher B. Kouri; brother Greg V. Kouri; grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
