Robbie graduated from Paris High. She married Richard Edward Olson on February 6, 1979.
Robbie had a career as a switchboard operator for Westinghouse, Sears, La Quinta, and Holiday Inn.
She had a passion for books and cats.
She is survived by daughter, Karen Lynn Mitcham; grandchildren, Johnny Grant, Alisha Self and husband Jared Self; great-grandchildren, Colby Grant, Lexi Self, and Savanah Dolph; and greatgreat-granddaughter Andrea Prevost.
A visitation for Robbie will be held Tuesday, September 22, 2020 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at American Heritage Funeral Home, 10710 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston, TX 77038. A celebration of life will occur Tuesday, September 22, 2020 from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM, 10710 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston, TX 77038. A committal service will occur Tuesday, September 22, 2020 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at Houston National Cemetery, 10410 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston, TX 77038.
