Robert was one of the best men I have ever known. He was loyal, kind, and trustworthy. He loved his family deeply and always made me feel as though my family was part of his. Glennis, Joyce, James, we will miss him dearly, but I know that Robert will always be there in our hearts and in our thoughts cheering us on until we meet again.

Good bye Brother...

Robert and I grew up together on Stonecrest street in Houston.  We had many fun times together especially running around town after those Waltrip football games.  I haven't seen or spoken to Robert since high school, but he will always be remembered.  My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends.  May God bless you and strengthen you through these difficult times.

You will truly be missed Robert!  I thank god for the pleasure of working with you.  You were not only a great person, but a great supervisor as well.  You were there for me while I was going through the hardest time of my life.  One thing you always said was that everything would be ok and god had a reason for everything.  Therefore, I must believe that god knew what he was doing when he allowed you to leave this earth.  You were an angel when I worked with you and you are an angel now!  R.I.P Robert…  You will surely be missed!  God will take care of your family...

I was blessed to have Robert as my supervisor for a time and I will always remember that time and Robert.  He had such a gentle way and kind heart and was a real joy to work for. God Bless his family as they have lost a great man.

Robert, I will miss you greatly.  You were a great supervisor to have.  You were firm, fair, considerate, and caring.  I enjoy your many stories and jokes. May God continue to richly bless your family. Now you are resting at peace with the Lord.

I will miss you Robert. You were one of the best people that I have worked with.. you had a kind heart and you always wanted to help others.. you helped me so much when my mom was ill. I am really sad to know that I will not get to see you again but I know that you are in a better place. God will take care of your family.

My thoughts and prayers to the Cooley Family. Mr. Cooley was someone that  lived every day to the fullest. While I know that words are only a small gesture of support, I want you to know that his spirit has touched many people's lives.

I had the pleasure of meeting and working with you about 3yrs ago when I first came to work at MMI.  You will be greatly missed.  You have always been an honest and great person to know.  You will be greatly missed Robert.  May God be with your family in their time of need.

For some reason Robert's picture in the paper today caught my attention.  As I read about him and saw your name, I realized that this was your family.  I immediately called Julia and she was saddened, as was I.  We send to you our love and prayers.  As I read what people are writing about your husband, he was a wonderful person.  Julia, Johnny and I are here if you need anything.  Even though our lives do not touch, we will hold you close during this time.

When I heard of your passing it felt as someone had kicked me in the gut.  Although I have not seen you in as many years, I remember you well.  A few of us old co-workers gathered today to remember our time together with you and each other.  It is truly a shame it takes such a tragic moment in time to bring together old friends to remember the good we all once shared.  You will be missed greatly and I will pray for your family during their time away from you.  We will meet again one day.

Dear Glennis, and Joyce, My heart is burdened by your loss. I am praying that God will comfort you with His "Peace that passes all understanding."  My thoughts, love, and prayers are with you.

One of the best cousins ever... It is hard to know you are no longer with us. You always had a ready smile and kind words for me when it seemed no one else did. And when the family seemed at each other's throats, you were a good friend as well. I will miss you so much. Rest in peace and know that you have always been loved.

Aunt Joyce, I know your heart must be breaking right now. I wish a gentle peace for you where you feel Robert's love still surrounding you. I know he will continue to watch over you, his loving mother. You raised a wonderful man and I know he would want you to be happy, for there is no more pain and suffering. Sorry to hear about Robert.  He was a very nice man and always so polite. I saw him last October when he came to my retirement party at the Sheriffs office.  I will be praying for you and your family.  Charlene Mitchell

I am saddened to hear about your loss Mrs. Cooley. You do not know me but I Robert was my supervisor at Money Management International for approximately 11 months. He was very nice and down to earth and he really cared about other people. God Bless you, your son and his mother. May he rest in peace.
