Robert John Kapko of Cypress, Texas, was peacefully called home on March 29, 2026, at the age of 72. Born on November 9, 1953, to the late Eleanor and John Kapko in Kennedy Township, Pennsylvania. He married Judith (Semler) Kapko, his love of more than 50 years, and to whom he shared two daughters.
After retiring, Robert enjoyed road tripping across the United States, growing fruits and vegetables in his home garden, reading, and cheering on his grandchildren.
Robert is survived by his wife Judith; daughter Sandra and son-in-law Mike; daughter Traci and son-in-law Jay; and grandchildren Bellana and Dylan, whom he so deeply treasured. He is also survived by his brother John and his family, Kenneth and his wife Janice and their family, and his dear sister Janet and her husband Mark and their family.
A Celebration of Life will take place at Brookside Funeral Home - Cypress Creek, 9149 Hwy 6 N, Houston, Texas 77095 on April 15, 2026 at 3:00PM.
