Robin was born on a bright and sunny day on April 11, 1959 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Robin grew up in Akron, Ohio. After graduating high school, Robin went on to earn her Associates Degree from Brooks College in Long Beach, California.
By the age of 35, Robin moved to Spring, Texas and settled down going on to have one child: Jordan Lowe. Robin worked at the Department of Public Safety for 18 months, after retiring from United Airlines after 33 years.
Robin enjoyed many hobbies such as traveling the world, photography, gardening and spending time with family and friends. Robin will be truly missed, but not forgotten.
Robin is survived by her mother Thelma Porter; son Jordan Lowe; grandchild Aniyiah Lowe; sister Karen Pannia; niece Nicole Pannia; nephew Kenneth Oliver and a host of relatives and friends.
A visitation for Robin will be held Wednesday, July 20, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Brookside Funeral Home - Champions, 3410 Cypress Creek Parkway, Houston, TX 77068. A celebration of life will occur Thursday, July 21, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 3410 Cypress Creek Parkway, Houston, TX 77068. A graveside service will occur Thursday, July 21, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Earthman Resthaven Cemetery, 13102 North Fwy, Houston, TX 77060.
