Ron is survived by his daughter, Robin Kiel; his nephew, Mark Parker; and his step-son Billy Merritt.
Ron proudly served his country in the 1st Marine Division of the United States Marine Corps, a testament to his strength, discipline, and sense of duty. Following his military service, he worked for Southwestern Bell, where his dedication and work ethic were evident throughout his career. It was during this time that he met the love of his life, BJ Critchlow. After their marriage, Ron and BJ founded P.J. Splicers, building not only a successful business, but a life rooted in partnership, faith, and perseverance.
After retiring, Ron and BJ made their home in Leona, Texas, where they enjoyed their golden years traveling, sharing laughter, and spending treasured time with family and friends. Their lives together were marked by love, commitment, and gratitude for God's many blessings.
As we mourn Ron's passing, we do so with faith and hope, trusting in God's promise of eternal life. Ron will be remembered as a devoted husband, a loving father and grandfather, a caring uncle, and a faithful friend. While he is no longer with us on this earth, we take comfort in knowing he is now at peace in the presence of the Lord.
Ron's final words reflect his faith, love, and assurance of reunion:
"Love ya all. I'm home. Together again. -Ronald G. Hart
