She was born in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico on February 9, 1942 to Fernando & Guadalupe Olguin. Rosemary worked in the retail industry for 23 years before retiring. She was a devote Catholic with a love for the outdoors, cooking, fishing, and a passion for caring for animals – especially her many pet dogs over the years.
She was married to Lawrence Medrano Jr. for 23 years and is survived by her three children – Fredrick Medrano, Dorothy Minchew, and Lawrence Medrano III; grandchildren – Lawrence Medrano IV, Amanda Minchew-Stelly, William Medrano, Marc Antony Medrano, Zachary Medrano, Jacob Minchew; great grandchildren – Ethan Vasquez and Lilliana Vasquez; Sisters – Carmen Olguin-Sanchez, Angela Olguin-Ponce, and Bertha Olguin-Escalon.
Funeral arrangements will be held at Brookside Funeral Home – viewing on Sunday, October 11, 2020, 4-5pm exclusively for family and 5-8pm afterwards; funeral on Monday, October 12, 2020 at 10am.
Serving as pallbearers are Lawrence Medrano Jr., Fredrick Medrano, Lawrence Medrano III, Lawrence Medrano IV, Marc Antony Medrano and Eric Ponce.
