She worked for many years for Foleys as a manager of the camera and electronics department. After leaving Foleys, she went to work for the Houston Post, where she was the bridal consultant for the wedding announcements. Her passion for books, was only exceeded by her passion for music. Her hobbies included working in her flower garden, ceramics, and needlework. Her philosophy was if you put your heart into something you do, and you do the best you can, no one can expect more, and she expected you do your best. Her heart, and her home were always open for her family, and she wanted nothing but the best for everyone. Her auburn red hair, crystal blue eyes, and her giggle will always remain a pleasant memory in our hearts.
She was a member of the Heritage Baptist Church in Missouri City, TX, and had a passion for Christ. She called out to Him in her time of need and pain, and she is now comforted in His loving arms.
